Jesse began his working career in the construction industry, where he was able to learn the skills to help build his future. He quickly learned the ins and outs of running a business and started a commercial flooring company where he was able to hone his management skills and process-focused business strategies. His wife, Shannon, joined him in 2005, allowing the business to expand significantly from that point forward. As the business grew, he realized that there is a ceiling that every business owner faces, where investment in growth no longer yields a profitable return.

With the business running smoothly under Shannon’s control, Jesse took a position as a district manager with a multinational, Fortune 500 company. It was here, that he learned the value that harsh, inflexible processes have on scalability. After 4 years, he decided that he had found his calling, which was to help business owners, in any industry, grow profitably past that ceiling and reach their true potential. With that goal in mind, he left his high-level position and sold the flooring business to join Northwestern Mutual, while completing his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

Jesse graduated from Indian River State College with his Associate’s Degree in Finance and Marketing and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. While attending FAU, Jesse also completed the prestigious Financial Analyst Program, a graduate level CFA program focusing on corporate valuation. Jesse continued his postgraduate education and currently holds the prestigious CFP®, CLU®, and CLTC® designations from the American College. He holds strongly to his philosophy that education focused around your profession sets you apart from the herd. It also ensures that you’ll never forget the basic principles or fall behind, as the industry advances and adapts to meet the economic needs of society.

Currently, Jesse is a financial advisor within The Warner Financial Group, with offices in Stuart and Palm Beach Gardens. He specializes in tax-efficient retirement planning, business planning, and continuation strategies. Being a financial advisor allows Jesse to assist business owners and families build a financially secure future by helping them meet their personal and financial goals. He helps clients from all over the country, utilizing an in-depth, needs-based analysis which provides the information needed to build a unique and comprehensive plan for each individual client. Jesse and his partner Monique have assembled a knowledgeable and professional staff that are committed to the same level of integrity, industry knowledge, and professionalism that they abide by, to ensure that their clients are always in good hands no matter how straightforward, or complex, the inquiry.  


Jesse has an overwhelming commitment to education, which has earned him multiple professional distinctions and certifications. He continues learning and working on his practice to ensure that he can give his clients the best possible service at all times. In addition to his own education, Jesse makes a point to share his knowledge with the community. He helps build financial literacy with students in local schools through programs like Junior Achievement and Martin Youth Leadership, and to adults through Indian River State College’s financial education outreach programs and educational seminars, in order to help the community better understand the complexities of retirement and business planning.

Jesse Hert has earned his CFP® certification, as well as his CLU® and CLTC® professional designations. 


The CFP® certification is one of the most recognized financial planning marks in the world. It identifies to the public those individuals who have met rigorous professional standards and have agreed to adhere to the principles of integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism, and diligence when dealing with clients. The certification differs from an educational designation or state license in that it is based upon requirements that have been determined by extensive job analyses of actual practitioners in the field, and therefore, continues to evolve with the profession. The CFP® certification prepares the financial services professional for a career-long commitment to meeting the ever-changing financial needs of clients.

Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®)

This designation has long been recognized as the fundamental and foremost educational credential for life insurance professionals. Since 1927, more than 94,000 individuals have earned their CLU®, helping them build a successful life insurance practice by providing clients with knowledgeable and ethical advice. For financial representatives, field management, home office personnel, and others involved in providing life insurance products to the public, the CLU® designation symbolizes continuing growth and commitment to professionalism.

Certification in Long-Term Care (CLTC®)

This program focuses on the discipline of extended care planning. It provides professionals the critical tools necessary to discuss the subject of longevity and its consequences on their client's family and finances. It also prepares professionals to mitigate these consequences by developing an appropriate plan to protect their clients and their families.

Bloomberg Certification

Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC)- In-depth understanding of what moves financial markets and drives valuations including economics, currencies, fixed-income, and equities.
